Paul Rollinson
Paul Rollinson was appointed Chief Executive Officer on August 1, 2012. He joined Kinross as Executive Vice-President, New Investments, in September 2008. Under Paul’s leadership of Kinross, the Company has met or exceeded operational guidance for the past six years and has strengthened its balance sheet to be one of the strongest in its peer group.
Paul started his career working as an exploration geologist. Paul joined Kinross after a long career in investment banking, most recently as the Deputy Head of Investment Banking at Scotia Capital. During his time with Scotia, he was responsible for the mining, power/utilities, forestry and industrial sectors. Paul has an Honours BSc in Geology from Laurentian University and an MEng in Mining from McGill University.

Bill Heissenbuttel
William Heissenbuttel has more than 25 years of corporate finance experience that includes 20 years in project and corporate finance in the metals and mining industry. Mr. Heissenbuttel is Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Strategy for Royal Gold, Inc. Prior to Royal Gold, Mr. Heissenbuttel was employed in various capacities as the Senior Vice President at N M Rothschild & Sons, (Denver) Inc. and was responsible for the natural resources sector lending team for the Americas. Prior to joining Rothschild, Mr. Heissenbuttel was employed for five years at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. where he established their U.S. based mining project finance business.
Mr. Heissenbuttel holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in finance from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from Northwestern University.
Tony Makuch
Anthony (Tony) Makuch holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours Applied Earth Sciences) from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, and both a Masters of Science Degree in Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from Queen´s University in Ontario. He is a professional engineer (Ontario) with over 35 years of management, operations and technical experience in the mining industry, having managed numerous projects in Canada and the United States from advanced exploration through production.

Patrick Bouisset
Mr. Bouisset has more than 30 years of experience in mining and oil and gas exploration and has been the Executive Vice President of Exploration since November 2015. Prior to joining Endeavour, he was Executive Vice President Exploration and New Ventures of La Mancha. He spent more than 20 years overseas during his career with Total, where he was in charge of all its exploration activities in Africa. He joined Areva in 2007 as Vice President Geoscience of its Business Group. For six years, as a member of the executive committee of Areva Mines, he led worldwide exploration activities and managed all of its not yet producing subsidiaries. He was also board member of numerous affiliates.
Mr. Bouisset holds a master’s degree in Geology from Orleans University, and graduated from ESEM and ENSPM. He was a board member of the French National School of Geology (Nancy).

He earned a graduate degree in International Relations, and a Diploma in Business Administration, both from the University of the Witwatersrand. He read for the degrees after completing compulsory military service as a combat artillery officer at the conclusion of the Angolan war.

John McCluskey
John McCluskey has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold Inc. since 2003, when the Company was formed through a merger with National Gold Corp. The Company has four operating mines in North America and a portfolio of development stage projects in Canada, Mexico, Turkey, and the United States. Mr. McCluskey began his career with Glamis Gold Ltd. in 1983. He went on to hold senior executive positions in a number of public companies in the resource sector. Keith Neumeyer
He began his career at a number of Canadian national brokerage firms. Mr. Neumeyer moved on to work with several publically traded companies in the resource and high technology sectors. His roles have included senior management positions and directorships responsible in areas of finance, business development, strategic planning and corporate restructuring. Mr. Neumeyer was the original and founding President of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (T-FM). Mr. Neumeyer founded First Majestic Silver in 2002 and First Mining Finance in 2015. Mr. Neumeyer has also listed a number of companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange and as such has extensive experience dealing with the financial, regulatory, legal and accounting issues that are relevant in the investment community. Mr. Neumeyer also won the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2011 for the Metals & Mining category.

Peter Megaw
Dr. Peter Megaw, C.P.G., has a Ph.D. in geology from the University of Arizona and more than 30 years of relevant experience focused on silver and gold exploration in Mexico. He is a certified Professional Geologist by the American Institute of Professional Geologists and an Arizona Registered geologist. Dr. Megaw has been instrumental in a number of mineral discoveries in Mexico including new ore bodies at existing mines, Excellon Resources' Platosa Mine, and MAG Silver's Juanicipio and Cinco de Mayo Properties; discoveries for which he was given PDAC's 2016 Thayer Lindsley Award. Sean Roosen
Mr. Sean Roosen is the Chair of the Board of Directors and CEO. Mr. Roosen was a founding member of Osisko Mining Corporation (2003-2014). He has over 30 years of progressive experience in the mining industry. As founder, President, CEO and Director of Osisko Mining Corp., he was responsible for developing the strategic plan for the discovery, financing and development of the Canadian Malartic Mine. Duncan Middlemiss
Duncan Middlemiss was the President and CEO and a director of St. Andrew Goldfields Ltd. (“SAS”) until its acquisition by Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. in January 2016. Mr. Middlemiss joined SAS in July 2008 as General Manager and Vice President Operations, later assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer. He was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer in October 2013. He earned a B. Sc. in mining engineering at Queen’s University in 1989. Previously, he was Barrick Gold Inc. at their Holt-McDermott Mine, where he held the position of Chief Mine Engineer. Renaud Adams
Mr. Adams has 25 years of experience in the mining industry. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Richmont Mines Inc. from 2014 until the sale of the company to Alamos Gold in November 2017. While at Richmont Mines, production at the company’s principal mine more than doubled, mineral reserves more than tripled, and costs were reduced to make the Island Gold Mine in Ontario one of the lowest cost operating underground mines in the Americas. From 2011 to 2014, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Primero Mining Corporation; from 2007 to 2011 he was with IAMGOLD Corporation. Mr. Adams is also a director of GT Gold Corp. and Ascendant Resources Inc. Mr. Adams holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining and Mineral Processing from Laval University in Quebec, Canada.

Stephen Quin

Jason Simpson
Mr. Simpson is a mining executive with over 21 years of experience in operations leadership, mining engineering and project construction. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer of Torex Gold Resources ("Torex") where, over his nearly 6-year tenure, he oversaw the successful construction and operation of the ELG Mine in Mexico. Prior to Torex, Mr. Simpson spent 11 years at Vale in various roles of increasing responsibility ending his tenure as General Manager of the Labrador Operations (Voisey's Bay) in 2013. Jeffrey Pontius
Mr. Pontius has over 35 years of geological experience that now includes five precious metal discoveries in North America of over 1 million ounces of gold. Pascal Hamelin
Holder of a Mining Engineering Degree decreed by Polytechnique Montréal, Mr. Hamelin is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (Professional order of engineers) since September 2009, and of Professional Engineers Ontario since July 1993.
Mr. Hamelin cumulates twenty-eight years of progressive and relevant experience in mining operation project management, as well as in surface and underground mining operations. This experience was acquired in the Sudbury and Abitibi Mining Camp. During his career, Mr. Hamelin has also performed and completed several mining pre-feasibility and feasibility studies.
Mr. Hamelin has been working at Metanor, now Bonterra since 2010. He is currently the Vice-President of Operations.

James Withall
James Withall joined Rupert Resources in April 2017 and has over twenty years’ experience in mining. He was previously a Managing Partner and Fund Manager at Baker Steel Capital Managers. He was the lead manager of the award winning Baker Steel Global Funds Precious Metals Fund that was voted the top performing Gold and Precious Metals Equities Fund by Thomson Reuter Lipper Fund Awards, over 3 years in 2016 and, 3 and 5 years in 2017, throughout Europe. James worked for more than seven years as a geologist, working in Western Australia for number of gold mining companies in exploration, project and mine geologist roles. David Cole
Mr. Cole has over 30 years of industry experience, coming to EMX from Newmont Mining Corporation. At Newmont, he held a number of management and senior geologic positions, gaining extensive global experience as a project, mine, and generative exploration geologist in Nevada, Southeast Asia, South America, Europe, and Central Asia. Mr. Cole’s success as part of Newmont’s exploration team includes contributions at the world class Carlin Trend, Yanacocha, and Minahasa mines. Subsequently, he established and managed Newmont’s exploration programs in Turkey while also identifying early-stage acquisition targets in Eastern Europe. Mr. Cole specializes in developing new exploration ideas and opportunities, based upon solid technical expertise coupled with a keen business sense. He studied under Dr. Tommy Thompson at Colorado State University, earning an M.S. in Geology.

Brett Heath
Brett Heath is the President and CEO of Metalla. He was previously the Chairman and CEO of High Stream Corporation before Metalla acquired it in August 2016. High Stream was a specialty streaming and royalty consulting company where he worked with several public and private companies in the streaming and royalty business. Frederick Bell
Frederick co-founded Elemental Royalties in 2016 following his role as Managing Director of a listed gold exploration company, Goldcrest Resources plc, where he assembled a portfolio of gold licences in northeast Ghana to take to AIM. He has wide experience in the mining industry, including as General Manager of an ASX-listed uranium company from the age of 25. Frederick received the ‘Young Rising Star’ Award at Mines & Money 2018, read history at the University of Edinburgh and is on the Committee of Young Mining Professionals in London.

Mark Learmonth
Mr Learmonth joined Caledonia in July 2008. Prior to this, he was a Division Director of Investment Banking at Macquarie First South in South Africa, and has over 17 years' experience in corporate finance and investment banking, predominantly in the resources sector in Africa.
Mr Learmonth graduated from Oxford University and is a chartered accountant. Mr Learmonth is a member of the Executive Committee of the Chamber of Mines, Zimbabwe. Mr Learmonth was appointed Caledonia's Chief Financal Officer in November 2014.

Tim Wood
Tim Wood has served as the Executive Director of The Denver Gold Group, Inc. since April 2011. Prior to joining DGG, Tim managed retail and institutional investment conferences in the U.S. and South Africa, including Mining Indaba. Tim also has extensive experience in publishing and publishing technology having founded several publications, and as an editor for several media enterprises.

Michael Steinmann
Mr. Steinmann joined Pan American in 2004, and held progressively senior roles before being promoted to President in 2015 and CEO in 2016. Mick Wilkes
Mick is a mining engineer with 35 years of broad international experience, predominantly in precious and base metals across Asia and Australia. He has been the President and CEO of OceanaGold Corporation since 2011.
In previous roles he was the Executive General Manager of Operations at OZ Minerals and General Manager of the Sepon gold/copper project for Oxiana based in Laos. His earlier experience included 10 years in various project development roles in Papua New Guinea and, at the outset of his career, at Mount Isa Mines in operations and design.

Sean Boyd
Mr. Boyd serves as the Vice-Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited. Sean was appointed the Company’s Chief Executive Officer in 1998 after having served as the Chief Financial Officer from 1990 to 1998 and Comptroller from 1985 to 1990.

Joseph Ovsenek
Mr. Ovsenek has over 20 years of international management and legal experience in the precious metals industry. Mike Jalonen
Mike Jalonen is the North American Senior Precious Metals Analyst and Global Coordinator Metals and Mining Global Research with the firm of Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Bradford Cooke is a professional geologist and entrepreneur with 43 years of experience in the mining industry. Mr. Cooke founded Endeavour Silver Corp. in 2003 for the purpose of acquiring high-grade silver-gold projects in Mexico. Heowned and operated Cooke Geological Consultants Ltd., discovering several high grade gold vein deposits for clients in British Columbia from 1983 to 1987. Mr. Cooke received a B.Sc. Greg Crowe
Mr. Crowe has over 30 years’ experience in the exploration and mining sector. This includes precious and base metal projects throughout North and South America, Asia and Africa. Mr. Crowe has worked with major, junior level and development stage mining companies.
From 2002 until late 2015, Mr. Crowe was President and CEO of Entrée Gold Inc. John Seaberg
