Mr. Al-Joundi was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited in February 2022. Prior to this, he was President of Agnico Eagle from 2015 to 2022 and also served as the company’s Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Al-Joundi has over 20 years of experience in finance and business strategy, and has extensive experience in mining, capital markets and banking.

Prior to his return to become Agnico Eagle’s President, Mr. Al-Joundi served as the Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation, as Barrick’s Senior Executive Vice President and as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Al-Joundi has held various senior financial roles including Senior Vice President of Capital Allocation and Business Strategy, Senior Vice President of Finance, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Barrick South America and Vice President, Structured Finance at Citibank, Canada. Mr. Al-Joundi is a Professional Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering (graduating with distinction – University of Toronto) and an MBA (graduating with honours - University of Western Ontario).

Stewart Bailey’s portfolio includes stakeholder relations and the broader ambit of sustainability policy and oversight. He leads a strong team of specialists covering investor relations and communications alongside the core sustainability disciplines: safety, health, environment, community and government relations, and security and human rights. Over 11 years with AngloGold Ashanti, based in the US and South Africa, he has built an in-depth knowledge of the Company and its stakeholders. Mr. Bailey was the senior vice president of investor relations and group communications before he was appointed to his current role in 2019. In his previous role, Mr. Bailey covered debt and equity investors in the US, South Africa, the UK, Europe, and Asia. He was a key member of the company’s team, which successfully completed debt issues of more than $3 billion between 2010 and 2019. He was a member of the team that executed acquisitions and asset sales over that period. He also held line responsibility for AngloGold Ashanti’s corporate communications program, which included engagement with financial news media in South Africa, the US, and the UK. He is a former financial journalist with Bloomberg LP in New York and Johannesburg.

John McCluskey is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold Inc. and has held this position since 2003, when he co-founded the Company with mining hall of famer Chester Millar. Mr. McCluskey was formerly a Director of the World Gold Council and is currently an Alternative Director. Mr. McCluskey is the recipient of the 2023 Viola R. MacMillan Award, given by the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada for showing leadership and a willingness to take risks in the acquisition and development of the Island Gold mine in Northern Ontario. In 2018, he received the Murray Pezim Award for Perseverance and Success in Financing Mineral Exploration by the British Columbia Association for Mineral Exploration, in recognition of his role in the acquisition, financing, and encouragement of successive discoveries at Mulatos, as well as his ongoing success as CEO of Alamos. Mr. McCluskey was also named Ontario’s 2012 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, based on a judging panel’s assessment of financial performance, vision, leadership, innovation, personal integrity and influence, social responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Mr. Breeze has more than 25 years of technical and commercial experience across international markets. In March 2024, Mr. Breeze was promoted to Senior Vice President Corporate Development, RGLD Gold AG. Prior to this, Mr. Breeze served as Vice President Corporate Development, RGLD Gold AG, since January 2019. Mr. Breeze is a member of the Board of Directors of RGLD Gold AG. Before joining Royal Gold, Mr. Breeze worked for Bank of Montreal from 2010 to December 2018, serving most recently as Managing Director, Equities, for BMO Capital Markets, based in Zürich, Switzerland, where he was focused primarily on the mining sector. Previously, Mr. Breeze was a member of the Equities Group at UBS Investment Bank where he worked extensively with North American and European mining companies across the commodity spectrum. Prior to his banking career, Mr. Breeze was a member of the geotechnical and mining team at Golder Associates. Mr. Breeze holds Master of Engineering and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba. Mr. Breeze is also a registered Professional Engineer.

Renaud Adams has over 30 years of global mining experience in senior executive positions and operations. Mr. Adams was President and Chief Executive Officer of New Gold Inc. from 2018 to 2022, where he led the strategic repositioning of the company. Prior to New Gold, Mr. Adams was President and Chief Executive Officer of Richmont Inc. from 2014 until the company was sold to Alamos Gold in November 2017. During Mr. Adams' time at Richmont Mines, production at the company's principal mine more than doubled, mineral reserves more than tripled, and costs were reduced to make the Island Gold Mine in Ontario one of the lowest cost operating underground mines in the Americas. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Adams was Chief Operating Officer at Primero Mining Corporation, and prior to that he was General Manager of IAMGOLD's Rosebel mine in Suriname before being appointed Senior Vice President, Americas Operations. Prior to IAMGOLD, Mr. Adams held various senior operations positions at mining operations located in the Americas. Mr. Adams holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining and Mineral Processing from Laval University in Quebec, Canada.

Shaun is an international mining executive with over 30 years of experience working around the globe in operational, financial and executive leadership roles in some of the world’s largest and fastest growing mining companies. Prior to founding Triple Flag, Shaun served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation, from 2014 to 2016, where he helped restructure the company.

He joined Xstrata in 2002 as an early senior executive member of the management team that grew the company into one of the world’s largest diversified miners at the time of its acquisition by Glencore in 2013. His roles at Xstrata included General Manager of Business Development in London, Chief Financial Officer of Xstrata’s global Ferro-Alloys business in South Africa, and Chief Financial Officer of Xstrata’s global Nickel business in Canada. Prior to joining Xstrata, Shaun worked at BHP Billiton in Corporate Finance in London, and started his mining career in operations in the steel and aluminum industries as a production engineer. Mr. Usmar is the Chair of Make-A-Wish Canada, as well as Chair of the Audit Committee and a director for the World Gold Council, and serves as an independent director for Alamos Gold Inc.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa, and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, both with distinction.

A graduate of the Universite du Quebec a Montreal with a bachelor’s degree in earth sciences with over 20 years of experience in the mining industry, Mr. Savard served previously as Osisko’s senior vice-president, exploration. Prior to joining Osisko Mining in 2016, Mr. Savard was a senior member of the Osisko Exploration James Bay, Virginia Mines and Virginia Gold Mines teams. Mr. Savard was a key member of the Virginia team which received the Association de l’Exploration Miniere du Quebec Prospector of the Year Award in 2004 and the PDAC’s prestigious Bill Dennis Award in 2006 for the discovery of the Eleonore gold deposit, and, along with the Osisko Mining management and exploration team, received the AEMQ 2017 Discovery of the Year Award, for the discovery of the Lynx deposit at Windfall. Mr. Savard is a registered P.Geo. as a member of the Ordre des Géologues du Quebec. He has sat on the AEMQ Board of Directors since 2009, serving as chairman from 2019 to 2022.

Anthea Bath was most recently the Chief Operating Officer at Ero Copper where she was responsible for the company’s four mines, which included underground and open pit operations and major shaft sinking and open pit development projects, all located in Brazil. Her efforts contributed to the impressive growth of Ero Copper, from a junior mining company to a $2 billion international mining company. Anthea started her mining career with Anglo American Platinum as Head of Market Development and Intelligence where she initiated and launched a private equity fund the “PGM fund” for the development of new industry opportunities, globally. During this period, she developed multiple new product innovations from conception to commercialization and was awarded the Anglo American Applaud Award for Innovation. From 2012 – 2016 she held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Mitochondria Energy and Pentaquark Energy companies where she was responsible for the end-to-end management of the businesses. Anthea is also a non-executive member of the Board of Epiroc AB, a global mining equipment company. Over her 20 years global mining experience Ms. Bath has demonstrated her capabilities in both the operational and business aspects of mining, including new business development, supply chain, business optimization, strategy and marketing

Mr. Tomory has over 25 years of experience in mining, engineering and construction and was appointed Centerra’s President & CEO effective May 1, 2023. Prior to his appointment, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Kinross Gold Corporation, where he worked for over 14 years in a series of progressive technical roles. Prior to Kinross, he worked as a consultant at Bain & Company and Golder Associates. Mr. Tomory is a professional engineer in the province of Ontario with a Master of Applied Science in Civil (Mining) Engineering from the University of Toronto and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management

David Rae is a seasoned international mining and smelting executive with extensive experience in Africa, Canada and Europe. He has held senior executive and operational roles in international mining companies including Falconbridge and Xstrata. David is a collaborative leader with a reputation of building high performing teams to optimize current assets allowing the business to focus on growth and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Metallurgy from Leeds University in Yorkshire, England.

Mr. Rae joined DPM in 2012 as Senior Vice President, Operations and was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2014. In May 2020, he assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer.

Russell was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer in March 2021. Since 2010, Mr. Lawlar has held various positions of progressive responsibility, including Controller at the Company’s Greens Creek operation. Before joining Hecla, he was an Audit Manager with BDO USA, LLP (an accounting firm).

Mr. Alexander Dann is a bilingual chartered professional accountant with over 25 years of experience leading financial operations and strategic planning for multinational public companies, primarily in the mining and manufacturing sectors. Most recently, Alex served as Chief Financial Officer of The Flowr Corporation, where he successfully guided them from a small private company to a TSXV publicly traded corporation. Prior to that, Alex was CFO of Avion Gold Corp. and Era Resources Inc., until their acquisitions by Endeavour Mining Corporation and The Sentient Group, respectively. Alex also held senior finance roles with Falconbridge Ltd. (now part of Glencore), Rio Algom Limited (now part of BHP Billiton) and Litens Automotive Partnership (a group within Magna International Inc.).

Alex obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1995 and holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from L’Université Laval in Québec City.

David Stewart, P.Eng. has over a decade of mining sector experience spanning both domestic and overseas mine development, operations and engineering, and including five years of sell-side precious metals equity research. Prior to joining Ascot, he was VP & Analyst, Mining and Metals at Desjardins Securities, and including prior tenure at GMP Securities he has cumulatively covered 23 companies ranging from small-cap explorers to large-cap gold producers. David's mining career began with Redpath Mining developing underground mine projects around the world, after which he worked at Barrick Gold's Hemlo operation where he was responsible for mine design, project execution, and expansion scoping study development. David is a licenced Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining Engineering from Queen's University.

Rick has more than 40 years of experience in the natural resource sector. Before joining Contango Ore in January 2020, he was President and CEO of Trilogy Metals, which was created in 2012 as a spin-out from NovaGold, a well-known company he founded over 25 years ago that discovered the 40 million ounce Donlin Gold Project in Southwest Alaska. Previous to his role as Founder, President, and CEO of NovaGold, he held the position of Vice President of Exploration for Placer Dome Inc. from 1990 to 1997. Rick has managed projects from grassroots discovery through to advanced feasibility, production and closure. He’s played a key role in setting up several other successful corporate entities including: Alexco – recently sold to Hecla, Tintina Resources (now Sandfire Resources America), Valhalla Metals and American Copper Development Corporation. In addition to his international exploration perspective, Rick brings years of working experience in and knowledge of Alaska to Contango. He received the Thayer Lindsley award in 2009 for his role in the Donlin Gold discovery and the Colin Spence Award in 2016 for his role in the Bornite Discovery. Rick holds a Candidature degree in Science from the Université de Louvain, Belgium, and a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Arizona.

Dr. Garrett has over 25 years of senior executive management experience in the mining industry and an exceptional track record for developing projects, building companies and delivering shareholder value. At Romarco Minerals, she built and led the team that developed the multi-million-ounce Haile Gold mine from discovery through to construction and grew the Company from $20 million market cap to $1.3 billion. She was formerly with US Global Investors as senior mining analyst and portfolio manager. Dr. Garrett holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and a Masters degree in Mineral Economics.

Jo Battershill has had a highly-successful career spanning more than 25 years in mining, business development and finance both in Australia and internationally.
His experience includes senior operational and business development roles with WMC Resources Limited (Western Mining) as well as significant financial experience at Citigroup, UBS and Canaccord both in Sydney and London.

A CPA and corporate governance professional with over 25 years’ experience in the mining industry, Mr Carter has held CFO roles for the past 15 years in a number of publicly listed mining companies. His experience has primarily involved numerous debt and equity capital market transactions, IPO’s, treasury management, tax strategy, M&A and corporate governance.

Mr Williams has been Managing Director since April 2014 and played a critical role in initiating and executing Red 5’s strategic transition from the Philippines to Australia in 2017.

He led the team that identified and in 2022, delivered the rejuvenation of the King of the Hills Gold Mine into a modern, large scale bulk mining and processing operation, with one of Australia’s largest gold reserves.

Mr Williams has over 30 years of mining experience, operating a diverse range of mining assets in both mature and emerging markets globally.

Jorge A. Ganoza co-founded Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. in 2004 and currently serves as our President and CEO and as a Director on our Board. Jorge is an experienced geological engineer who has worked on mineral exploration, mining and business development projects throughout Latin America since 1995. Before founding Fortuna, he worked in business development at senior levels for several private and public Canadian junior mining companies operating in Central and South America. He graduated from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in 1995. Jorge served as director of Ferreycorp from March 2017 to July 2020.

Ryan King brings an established approach to business in the natural resource sector, with specific and targeted applications for delivering shareholder value in the mining industry. Ryan has over 15 years of experience in increasingly senior capacities in capital markets in the resource sector and was responsible for leading the investor relations activities for Newmarket Gold, as the company completed a $2 billion transformational merger with Kirkland Lake Gold. Before joining Newmarket Gold, Ryan was involved in starting Terrane Metals which owned the Mount Milligan Copper-Gold Project in British Columbia, Canada. From 2006 through to 2010, Mr. King was involved in financing, corporate development, and investor relations for Terrane Metals as well as providing assistance with the acquisition of Terrane Metals in 2010 by Thompson Creek for $800 million. During his career, Ryan has assisted in raising $250 million for previous companies. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Royal Roads University in British Columbia, Canada. Mr King currently sits on the Board of Newcore Gold and Edgewater Exploration Ltd.

Mr. Reichert has 30 years of experience in the mining industry and prior to joining Skeena, was the Vice President of Operations at B2Gold Corp. where he oversaw their three international gold operations. Before his most recent role at B2Gold Corp, Mr. Reichert was the General Manager at their Fekola Mine in Mali where he was part of the development team and led the transition from development into operations. He started his career with Cominco in Canada working at various operations including the Snip Mine. He then embarked on international work with Bema Gold, Oriel Resources, and other junior companies in executive roles where he was responsible for various development projects and mining operations. Randy has led construction or development projects in Russia, Brazil, Nevada, and Kazakhstan and was General Manager during the development of the Kupol Mine in Russia with Bema Gold and subsequently Kinross. He also has experience as a consultant assisting with due diligence for mine financings for Canadian financial groups. Mr. Reichert has a BASc in Mining and Mineral Processing, an MScEng in Rock Mechanics, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and is a Professional Engineer.

Mr. Awde is the Co-Founder President, CEO and Director of Dakota Gold Corp. Previously Mr. Awde was the Co-founder, Director and past CEO and President of Gold Standard Ventures Corp. As CEO/President of Gold Standard, from July 2010 through December 2020 Mr. Awde oversaw all corporate development, asset acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raising and the procurement of capital for the development of Gold Standard's assets.
Mr. Awde spent the last 20 years raising financing for various junior resource companies in some of the most challenging market environments. Focusing on institutional accounts, high net worth and family offices, he has successfully raised close to $700 million for public and private companies in the natural resources sector.

Mr. Steinmann joined Pan American in 2004 and held progressively senior roles before being promoted to President in 2015 and President and CEO in 2016. He has also been a director of the Company since 2016 and is a member of the Communities & Sustainable Development and the Health, Safety & Environment Committees.
Mr. Steinmann has over 25 years of experience in the base and precious metals industry. He holds a Ph.D. in Natural Science (Geology) from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETHZ), a M.Sc. in Geology from the University of Zurich, and a Degree in Corporate Finance from Escuela Superior de Administración y Negocios, Lima.
Mr. Steinmann has extensive experience throughout South America in mine operations and project development, having participated in numerous mine construction projects from exploration and feasibility studies, through start-up and into continuous operation. He is also experienced in corporate M&A and has been involved in many capital market transactions, including placements of equity and debt, as well as numerous other exploration and business development initiatives. Mr. Steinmann is past President of the Silver Institute, a non-profit international industry association that aims to increase public understanding of the many uses and values of silver.

Ian Cockerill was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Endeavour in January 2024, having joined the Board as Senior Independent Director in 2022 and been Deputy Chair since September 2023. He has nearly 50 years of experience in the global natural resources industry, having previously been Chief Executive Officer at Gold Fields Ltd, and Chief Executive Officer at AngloCoal, a subsidiary of the Anglo American group.

Mr Cockerill was the former Chair of the BlackRock World Mining Trust and also of Polymetal Plc. He was the former lead independent director of Ivanhoe Mines Ltd and a non-executive director of Orica Ltd. He is associated with two private businesses as the non-executive Chair of Cornish Lithium, and a non-executive director of I-Pulse Ltd.

He holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Geology from London University, an MSc in Mineral Production management from the Royal School of Mines and the AMP from Templeton College Oxford.

George Burns joined Eldorado on February 1, 2017 and assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer on April 28, 2017. Prior to joining us, George was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Goldcorp. He also held the Goldcorp positions of Senior Vice President, Mexican Operations and Vice President, Canada and United States respectively. Prior to that he was Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Centerra Gold Inc.

George has over 30 years of experience in the mineral sector including executive, operations, development and engineering leadership roles in gold, copper and coal operations. George has served in various capacities for Asarco LLC including Vice President of Mining as well as numerous capacities for Cyprus Minerals Corporation. He began his career with Anaconda Company in 1978.

Mr Jeff Quartermaine is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Perseus Mining Limited, a mid-tier ASX/TSX listed gold mining company, headquartered in Perth, Australia. Jeff has more than 35 years’ experience at board and senior management level with ASX and TSX-listed resources companies involved in gold and base metals exploration, development and mining in Australia and several developing countries including Sudan, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, PNG, Philippines and Chile. He holds both post graduate business management (MBA) and undergraduate engineering (BE) qualifications and is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants (FCPA).

Peter Hardie has been the CFO of Equinox Gold since August 2016. Before joining Equinox Gold, Peter was the CFO of True Gold until it was acquired by Endeavour Mining in April 2016. Peter is a Chartered Professional Accountant with 17 years of finance, accounting, business development, government negotiation, construction and operations experience. Before his time at True Gold, Peter spent 10 years at Nevsun Resources Ltd., where he progressed through various management positions and spent several years as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. He was involved in financing, construction and mine start-up, operations, government negotiations, and led all areas of finance, including treasury systems and reporting.

He began his career at a number of Canadian national brokerage firms. Mr. Neumeyer moved on to work with several publically traded companies in the resource and high technology sectors. His roles have included senior management positions and directorships responsible in areas of finance, business development, strategic planning and corporate restructuring. Mr. Neumeyer was the original and founding President of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (T-FM). Mr. Neumeyer founded First Majestic Silver in 2002 and First Mining Finance in 2015. Mr. Neumeyer has also listed a number of companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange and as such has extensive experience dealing with the financial, regulatory, legal and accounting issues that are relevant in the investment community. Mr. Neumeyer also won the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2011 for the Metals & Mining category.

Frederick is an international mining executive with 15 years of experience working with companies in the UK, Canada and Australia. He co-founded Elemental Royalties as a private company and advanced it through Listing in 2020 and a merger with Altus Strategies PLC in 2022. Prior to Elemental Altus, he was Managing Director of a UK-listed gold exploration company, Goldcrest Resources PLC and General Manager of an ASX-listed uranium exploration company, Resource Star Ltd. Frederick received the ‘Young Rising Star’ Award at Mines & Money 2018, holds a Master of Arts in History from the University of Edinburgh and was on the founding committee of Young Mining Professionals in London.

Brett Heath founded Metalla Royalty (NYSE: MTA) in September 2016 and remains the President and CEO. In just under 6 years, he has amassed a portfolio of 70 royalties and streams through an industry-leading 28 transactions. He is also the co-founder and Non-Executive Chairman of Nova Royalty, a leading clean energy-focused royalty company that trades on the TSXV under the symbol NOVR, and Co-Founder, Non-Executive Chairman of Carbon Neutral Royalty. (private) Mr. Heath was previously the Chairman and CEO of High Stream Corporation before Metalla acquired it in August 2016. High Stream was a specialty streaming and royalty consulting company where he worked with several public and private companies in the streaming and royalty business. Prior to that, he was a founding principal of KSIR Capital Management, a hedge fund focused on precious metals equities.

Mr. Bourchier is a registered professional engineer with over 33 years of domestic and international experience in the mining industry. His breadth of experience includes both operational field management and executive corporate oversight leadership. His public company and inter-company Board governance experience is further complemented by his McMaster University accredited Chartered Director Certification. Mr. Bourchier was previously President, CEO and a director of Harte Gold Corp. from late 2020 to early 2022 and Chief Operating Officer of Detour Gold for two years from 2018 to 2019. For six years from 2012 to 2017, Mr. Bourchier held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Nevsun Resources. Preceding this successful tenure, Mr. Bourchier was an operational Executive for two years at Wheaton Precious Metals (formerly Silver Wheaton). For the first 16 years of his career, he worked at Placer Dome (subsequently Barrick Gold) where he held positions of increasing responsibility concluding as Mining Manager and then General Manager at the Porgera open pit gold mine in PNG. He has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Applied Science and Engineering from the University of Toronto. Mr. Bourchier also serves on the board of Treasury Metals since August 2020.

Mr. Wolfin has over 30 years of public company experience in mineral exploration, development, construction, and operations in precious metals in North America.

He currently serves as President, CEO and Director of Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd listed on NYSE American and Toronto stock exchanges. He successfully developed the company from a minority owner of the closed Avino mine in 2001 with a market capitalization of $0.8 M, to successfully negotiating a 100% ownership in the Avino mine in 2006, and then into commercial production in 2012. He successfully grew the company to one with 300-500 employees with a market capitalization reaching as high as $250 M.

Mr. Wolfin learned the business from the ground up by working in the field at mines and operations in Mexico, Nevada and in the finance industry by working on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange in the 1980’s, and several years at Pacific International and Continental Carlyle Douglas Securities firms in the 1980’s. He also learned under the mentorship of his late father Mr. Louis Wolfin, legendary mining financier.

He is experienced in M&As, Capital Markets, Brokered & Private Placement financings, and an Offtake agreement with Samsung, At-The-Market offerings, and credit facilities totalling more than $250 M US in aggregate.

Mr. Wolfin has studied business and geology at Colorado State & Simon Fraser Universities.

For the last 15 years, Mr. Wolfin has also managed the Oniva International Services Group which includes Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (CEO, President & Director); Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. (Former CEO, President & Director); Coral Gold Resources Ltd. (Former CEO, President & Director); and Levon Resources Ltd. (Former Director).

In addition, he currently serves as Chairman and Director of Silver Wolf Exploration Ltd. (Formerly Gray rock Resources Ltd.).

Martino De Ciccio has over 15 years of experience in the mining industry with a strong value creation track record and significant knowledge across strategy, capital markets, corporate finance, and ESG, coupled with a profound understanding of the African mining landscape.

Martino most recently served as Deputy CFO and Head of Investor Relations at Endeavour Mining (LSE: EDV, TSX: EDV), a position he assumed in January 2023. He joined Endeavour Mining in 2015 as Vice President, Strategy and Investor Relations. He played a pivotal role in Endeavour’s transformation from a $250 million market cap company to a FTSE100 listed company and one of the largest gold producers in the world. During this time, he garnered more than 25 investor relations achievement nominations, including numerous awards for best-in-class investor relations in the gold industry and across all sectors.

Prior to joining Endeavour, Martino played a key role in growing La Mancha Resources from a $20 million market cap which culminated in a $500 million take-private offer. As Strategy and Business Development Manager, he then helped lead the private company’s transformation from an emerging gold producer into one of the largest gold investment funds with cornerstone holdings in Evolution Mining and Endeavour, which was recognized with an Emerging Leader Award. Martino currently serves on the Board of Directors of Northisle Copper and Gold (NCX: TSXV) and Bluestone Resources (BSR: TSXV).

Martino earned a B.Com in Finance from McGill University in Montreal, Canada and is a CFA charterholder.

Mr. Herald has been a director of Solitario since August 1992. He has also served as Chief Executive Officer since June 1999 and President since August 1993. Mr. Herald also served as a director of Crown since April 1989, as Chief Executive Officer of Crown since June of 1999, President of Crown since November 1990 and was Executive Vice President of Crown from January 1990 to November 1990. Prior to joining Crown, Mr. Herald was a Senior Geologist with Echo Bay Mines and Anaconda Minerals. Mr. Herald currently serves as non-executive Chairman of Viva Gold Corp. Mr. Herald received a M.S. in Geology from the Colorado School of Mines and a B.S. in Geology from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Penny is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 30 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning and financial reporting. Formerly, Mr. Penny was the Executive Vice President and CFO of New Gold Inc., a multi-national mining company, from 2009 until 2017; the Vice President of Finance and CFO of Kinross Gold Corporation, one of the world's largest gold producers from 1993 until 2004; the CFO of Western Goldfields Inc. from 2006 to 2009; and the CFO of Silver Bear Resources Plc from 2005 to 2009. Mr. Penny also formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors of Equinox Minerals Limited from 2004 to 2011 when it was acquired by Barrick Gold Corporation; Alamos Gold Inc. from 2005 to 2008; and Baffinland Iron Mines Limited from 2004 to 2008. In addition, he has been a director of Maverix Metals Inc. since July 2019. Mr. Penny obtained his Diploma in Business-Accounting and Finance from Cambrian College and is a CPA, CMA.

Frederick Earnest
President and CEO

Fred Earnest has served as director of Vista Gold since 2007 and was appointed CEO of the Company in January 2012. He served as the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer from 2007-2012 and as Senior Vice President, Project Development from 2006-2007. He served as a director of Midas Gold Corp. from April 2011 – May 2014. Mr. Earnest has over 30 years’ experience in the mining industry, including project evaluation, design and construction, mine operations, project optimization and turn-around, mine closure and senior executive roles. He holds a B.S. in Mining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.

Dan Wilton has 25 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance and principal investing in the mining sector, having executed as principal or advised on more than $10 billion of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and more than $1 billion of financings. Dan was most recently a Partner at Pacific Road Capital Management, a mining-focused private equity investment firm with approximately $800 million under management. Prior to joining Pacific Road, Dan’s previous roles included Managing Director and Head of the Global Mining and Metals Group at National Bank Financial Inc., Managing Director in Business Development at General Electric based in London, England, and other corporate finance and M&A roles at global financial institutions based in Toronto and New York. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and is Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee for Providence Health Care in Vancouver, Canada. Dan holds a B.Comm (First Class Honours) from Queen's University and an MBA (with Distinction) from INSEAD in France.

Mr. Lee was appointed to the role of President & CEO of Northisle in October 2020. Over the past 20 years Mr. Lee has advised on some of the most prominent M&A, equity, and debt transactions in the international and Canadian global mining industry totalling over $100 billion in value. During this period, he has worked in major resource markets including Toronto, Sydney, and Vancouver where he led various strategic initiatives for CIBC World Markets. Most recently he was Managing Director and head of CIBC’s Vancouver Mining Group. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Faculty of Engineering, from the University of Toronto, was a graduate of the Lassonde Mineral Engineering program, and is a CFA charter holder.

Prior to joining Coeur, Mr. Whelan served as CFO of Arizona Mining Inc. from September 2017 to August 2018, when the company was acquired from South32 Limited. Previously, Mr. Whelan served as CFO for Nevsun Resources Ltd. from January 2014 to August 2017. He is a chartered professional accountant and was previously a partner with the international accounting firm Ernst & Young (“EY”) LLP where he was the EY Global Mining & Metals Assurance sector leader, the leader of the EY Assurance practice in Vancouver and previously EY’s Canadian Mining & Metals sector leader. Mr. Whelan graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.

Mr. Godin has over 30 years of corporate, technical and operations experience in the mining industry. Most recently, Mr. Godin was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Pretium Resources Inc. and was responsible for the operations of the Brucejack Mine. Prior to that, Mr. Godin was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Stornoway Diamond Corporation, and from 2010 to 2018 he was the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President. During this time, he was responsible for the construction and operations of the Renard Diamond Mine in Quebec. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President, Project Development for G Mining Services and held executive or senior operations positions for Canadian Royalties, Iamgold and Cambior in the Americas. Mr. Godin holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining from Laval University in Quebec, Canada and is a Chartered Director since 2010.

A chartered accountant by profession, Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, has many years of experience in the African mining sector. Cobus has previously also worked for Macquarie Africa in investment banking as well as for Sentula Mining and Shanduka Resources. He has been a director of Pan-African Resources since 2009, serving as Financial Director from 2013 until his appointment as CEO in March 2015.
Cobus’s tenure as CEO has overseen the company develop a track record of successful tailings retreatment projects (including in Barberton and Elikhulu in Evander) and will now further expand its tailings operations by constructing the Mogale Tailings Retreatment project, which will add some 50,000oz/yr of low cost, high-margin tailings to the company’s production profile in 2025.
He has also initiated Pan African’s expansion outside South Africa, diversifying its activities to Sudan. The company has acquired over 1 100 km2 of prime exploration ground in the country, which is Africa’s third biggest gold producer.

Peter Marrone is Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and was Executive Chairman of Yamana, which he founded in 2003. He has more than 35 years of mining, business and capital markets experience. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Marrone has founded and taken public several companies in various sectors and advised companies on going public and establishing the required protocols for governance in his role as an investment banker and lawyer before that. He has been on the boards of a number of public companies and has advised companies with a strong international presence.

Mr. Marrone currently sits on the board of directors of Aris Gold Corporation. Prior to Allied, Mr. Marrone was the head of investment banking at a major Canadian investment bank and before that practiced law in Toronto with a strong focus on corporate law, securities law and international transactions.

Kleber is an Economist from Unicamp and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Finance, Strategy and International Businesses. He joined Aura in March 2019. Prior to joining Aura, he was CFO of Santista, a large jeans manufacturer with operations in Brazil and Argentina. Previously, he worked at Mover Participações, one of the largest conglomerates in Brazil, and was involved in M&A projects. Kleber has also worked in the management consulting sector for A.T. Kearney and Accenture, in a variety of industries and projects.

Doug Flegg, CFA has over 35 years’ experience in mining and mining finance with senior positions in research, portfolio management and global equity sales. Previously, Mr. Flegg was Managing Director Global Mining Sales with BMO Capital Markets where he was involved in raising $35 billion in over 200 corporate financings. Since 2016 he has been providing business development, strategic, and financing advice to corporate mining clients. Mr. Flegg also has a B.Sc. in Geology, work experience as a geologist and an MBA from Queens University.

Mr. Balarezo has proven corporate and operating experience in leading multinational companies in the mining, cement, and services industries.
Mr. Balarezo served as Executive VP for the Americas in Gold Fields Ltd, and as CEO of Gold Fields La Cima. Prior to Gold Fields, he worked for the
Hochschild Group for 16 years. His last position was VP of Operations at Hochschild Mining, where he was responsible for five operations in Peru,
Argentina, and Mexico, as well as the mining projects in development. He also held the positions of General Manager of Hochschild Mining in
Mexico and then in Peru, as well as Deputy General Manager and Finance Manager in Cementos Pacasmayo.

Mr. Kilofliski has over 25 years of executive leadership experience and a track record of creating significant shareholder value for various mining companies.
In 2020 he helped grow TSX.V listed Tudor Gold Corp from $30M to over $500M in market capitalization.
In the last decade, he has helped raise over $300M in equity, debt and JV capital.
Mr. Kilofliski has an intimate knowledge of Canagold and the New Polaris project as he was Canagold’s CEO from 2014 to 2018. Under his leadership, Canagold was named one of the top 100 companies in BC, by BC Business.

Robert Wares is a professional geologist with over 40 years’ experience in mineral exploration and development, mostly in Eastern Canada. He was one of the three original founders of Osisko Exploration/Osisko Mining Corp. and was responsible for the discovery of the Canadian Malartic bulk tonnage gold deposit, which was subsequently developed into Canada’s largest gold mine. He is the recipient of various awards, including the Viola McMillan Award in 2011 and was named, together with John Burzynski and Sean Roosen, as “Mining Men of the Year” for 2009 by the Northern Miner.
