Mike Jalonen
Mike Jalonen is the North American Senior Precious Metals Analyst and Global Coordinator Metals and Mining Global Research with the firm of Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Based in Toronto, Mike joined BofA Merrill Lynch Global Research in May 1989 as a gold analyst through the firm’s acquisition of Midland Walwyn. Mike was appointed Global Coordinator for the Metals and Mining group in February 2009.
Prior to joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Mike worked as a gold analyst with Dean Witter Canada for 18 months, as a financial analyst with Somicom Mining Management for close to two years and nearly two years as an exploration geologist with Nanisivik Mines in the Northwest Territories.
Mike earned a B.Sc. Honours in Geology from the University of Windsor and earned his MBA from McMaster University. Mike is a highly ranked analyst in the annual Brendan Woods survey of the Canadian precious metals sector. Mike is also a CFA charterholder.

Paul Rollinson
Paul Rollinson was appointed Chief Executive Officer on August 1, 2012. He first joined Kinross as Executive Vice-President, New Investments, in September 2008. In September 2009, he was appointed Executive Vice-President, Corporate Development.
Mr. Rollinson joined Kinross after a long career in investment banking, most recently as the Deputy Head of Investment Banking at Scotia Capital. During his time with Scotia, he was responsible for the mining, power/utilities, forestry and industrial sectors. Stefan Wenger has over 20 years of experience in the mining and natural resources industries working in various financial roles and is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Royal Gold, Inc. Before joining Royal Gold in 2003, Mr. Wenger was an experienced audit manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PWC) where he provided audit and business advisory services to the mining and oil and gas industries. Sean Boyd
Mr. Boyd serves as the Vice-Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Agnico Eagle and is a member of its Board of Directors. Neal Froneman was appointed an executive director and CEO of Sibanye-Stillwater on 1 January 2013. He has over 30 years of relevant operational, corporate development and mining industry experience. He was appointed CEO of Aflease Gold Limited (Aflease Gold) in April 2003. Aflease Gold, through a series of reverse takeovers, became Gold One in May 2009. John McCluskey
John McCluskey has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold Inc. since 2003, when the Company was formed through a merger with National Gold Corp. Ron Hochstein
Ron Hochstein, P.Eng., has a wealth of experience in the mining industry. Mike Allen
Mr. Allen is a professional geologist with 20 years of experience in the mining industry. He has extensive experience in project evaluation, recently reviewing in excess of 400 gold projects worldwide. This effort lead Mike to identify and negotiate the purchase of the Sterling Gold Project.

Archie Koimtsidis

David Wolfin
