Mr. Al-Joundi was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited in February 2022. Prior to this, he was President of Agnico Eagle from 2015 to 2022 and also served as the company’s Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Al-Joundi has over 20 years of experience in finance and business strategy, and has extensive experience in mining, capital markets and banking.

Prior to his return to become Agnico Eagle’s President, Mr. Al-Joundi served as the Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation, as Barrick’s Senior Executive Vice President and as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Al-Joundi has held various senior financial roles including Senior Vice President of Capital Allocation and Business Strategy, Senior Vice President of Finance, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Barrick South America and Vice President, Structured Finance at Citibank, Canada. Mr. Al-Joundi is a Professional Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering (graduating with distinction – University of Toronto) and an MBA (graduating with honours - University of Western Ontario).

Mr. Breeze has more than 24 years of technical and commercial experience across international markets. Mr. Breeze has served as Vice President Corporate Development of our wholly owned subsidiary, RGLD Gold AG, since January 2019. Before joining Royal Gold, Mr. Breeze worked for Bank of Montreal from 2010 to December 2018, serving most recently as Managing Director, Equities, for BMO Capital Markets, based in Zürich, Switzerland, where he was focused primarily on the mining sector. Previously, Mr. Breeze was a member of the Equities Group at UBS Investment Bank where he worked extensively with North American and European mining companies across the commodity spectrum. Prior to his banking career, Mr. Breeze was a member of the geotechnical and mining team at Golder Associates. Mr. Breeze holds Master of Engineering and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba. Mr. Breeze is also a registered Professional Engineer.

Martino De Ciccio is Deputy CFO and Head of Investor Relations at Endeavour Mining. Mr. De Ciccio has built a track-record of significant value creation in both bull and bear markets over the past 15 years in the mining industry. Prior to joining Endeavour, he held the position of Strategy and Business Development Manager at La Mancha Resources, where he played a pivotal role in growing the company from an emerging gold producer into a leading private gold fund. Mr. De Ciccio earned a B.Com in Finance from McGill University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute.

John McCluskey is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamos Gold Inc. and has held this position since 2003, when he co-founded the Company with mining hall of famer Chester Millar. Mr. McCluskey was formerly a Director of the World Gold Council and is currently an Alternative Director. Mr. McCluskey is the recipient of the 2023 Viola R. MacMillan Award, given by the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada for showing leadership and a willingness to take risks in the acquisition and development of the Island Gold mine in Northern Ontario. In 2018, he received the Murray Pezim Award for Perseverance and Success in Financing Mineral Exploration by the British Columbia Association for Mineral Exploration, in recognition of his role in the acquisition, financing, and encouragement of successive discoveries at Mulatos, as well as his ongoing success as CEO of Alamos. Mr. McCluskey was also named Ontario’s 2012 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, based on a judging panel’s assessment of financial performance, vision, leadership, innovation, personal integrity and influence, social responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Mr. Griffith has been the Chief Development Officer of Gold Royalty since September 2020. Mr. Griffith is a former Managing Director and the Head of Americas Metals & Mining Investment Banking for Bank of America, where he worked from 2006 to May 2020. He brings nearly 30 years of financial services sector experience spanning three continents, including 26 years of global investment banking expertise. He has advised senior management and executive board members in M&A, capital markets, investor relations, risk management and general advisory in the global mining industry. Mr. Griffith’s global landmark transaction was representing Goldcorp Inc. in its merger with Newmont Mining in 2019. Mr. Griffith holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Town.

Andrew Williams has 15 years of experience in the mining industry. Prior to joining New Pacific, Andrew spent the last 11 years with an SEC-registered precious metals investment fund, most recently as a portfolio manager.
Andrew began his career at Deloitte providing audit and financial advisory services to mining companies in Vancouver.
Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from the University of British Colombia and is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator.

Lon Shaver has over 25 years of capital markets and corporate finance experience, mainly focused on the mining sector. He held investment banking roles with Raymond James and Merrill Lynch, assisting corporate issuers with numerous financing and M&A transactions. He began his career in equity research with an institutional sell-side firmand his previous corporate experience includes CFO roles with a publicly-listed mining company and a private technology company. Most recently, he acted as a consultant and advisor, providing corporate development and capital markets support to a number of companies in the resource sector. He has a B.Comm. degree, with a major in finance,and is a CFA charterholder.

Prior to joining Coeur, Mr. Whelan served as CFO of Arizona Mining Inc. from September 2017 to August 2018, when the company was acquired from South32 Limited. Previously, Mr. Whelan served as CFO for Nevsun Resources Ltd. from January 2014 to August 2017. He is a chartered professional accountant and was previously a partner with the international accounting firm Ernst & Young (“EY”) LLP where he was the EY Global Mining & Metals Assurance sector leader, the leader of the EY Assurance practice in Vancouver and previously EY’s Canadian Mining & Metals sector leader. Mr. Whelan graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.

Mr Earner is a chemical engineer with over 25 years’ experience in technical and operational optimisation and management. He has held several executive roles in mining and processing, including the COO of Alkane and has been the Managing Director since 2017.

Rick has more than 40 years of experience in the natural resource sector. Before joining Contango Ore in January 2020, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Trilogy Metals, who are currently developing the high- grade Upper Kobuk Mineral Projects located in the Ambler Mining District of Alaska. Trilogy is a company which was created in 2012 as a spin-out from NOVAGOLD, a well-known company he founded over 20 years ago. NOVAGOLD is currently finalizing permits for the 40 million ounce Donlin Gold Project in Southwest Alaska with partner Barrick Gold, the world’s largest gold company. Previous to his role as Founder, President, and CEO of NOVAGOLD, he held the position of Vice President of Exploration for Placer Dome Inc. from 1990 to 1997. In addition to his international exploration perspective, Rick brings years of working experience in and knowledge of Alaska to Contango. Rick has managed projects from grassroots discovery through to advanced feasibility, production and closure. Rick has played a key role in setting up several other corporate entities including: Alexco - where he remains a Director which is rejuvenating the Keno Hill Silver district in the Yukon; Tintina Resource (now Sandfire Resources America) which discovered and is now completing a feasibility and permitting the high grade Black Butte copper project in Montana; and SolidusGold where he is Chairman. Rick holds a Candidature degree in Science from the Université de Louvain, Belgium, and a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Arizona. He received the Thayer Lindsley award in 2009 for his role in the Donlin Gold discovery and the Colin Spence Award in 2016 for his role in the Bornite Discovery.

Frederick Earnest
President and CEO

Fred Earnest has served as director of Vista Gold since 2007 and was appointed CEO of the Company in January 2012. He served as the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer from 2007-2012 and as Senior Vice President, Project Development from 2006-2007. He served as a director of Midas Gold Corp. from April 2011 – May 2014. Mr. Earnest has over 30 years’ experience in the mining industry, including project evaluation, design and construction, mine operations, project optimization and turn-around, mine closure and senior executive roles. He holds a B.S. in Mining Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.

Mr. Child joined Condor’s Board as Non-Executive Chairman in May 2006 and became CEO in July 2011. He acquired the concessions that comprise the 587 sq km La India Project. He has overseen 85,000 m drilling and all technical studies for a Pre-Feasibility Study and Feasibility Study. He has led the Project to be fully permitted for construction and extraction, purchased all the land and negotiated the purchase of a new SAG Mill, which has arrived in Nicaragua. He has led the financing for the Project over the last 12 years and de-risked the Project to a “construction ready” status.

Mr. Child was commissioned as an officer in the 2nd King Edward VII’s Own Gurkha Rifles and served in the British Army for 4 years. Mr Child has 20 years of equity capital markets experience, as an institutional stockbroker and in corporate finance/private equity, mainly in emerging markets. At board level Mr. Child has been an executive director of Hong Kong listed Regent Pacific Group, an emerging market fund manager and private equity group. He has board level experience of AIM listed and private companies.

Phil Baker is President and CEO of Hecla Mining Company. During his 22 years with Hecla, the 132-year-old Company has transformed into one with long-lived, low-cost mines, large land positions and a North American focus. Hecla is the largest primary silver producer and the third largest producer of lead and zinc in the US. Today, Hecla is uniquely positioned to provide the key minerals needed for a decarbonized energy future. With over 30 years in the industry, he knows what creates long-term value for stakeholders and opportunities for employees.

He began his career at a number of Canadian national brokerage firms. Mr. Neumeyer moved on to work with several publically traded companies in the resource and high technology sectors. His roles have included senior management positions and directorships responsible in areas of finance, business development, strategic planning and corporate restructuring. Mr. Neumeyer was the original and founding President of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (T-FM). Mr. Neumeyer founded First Majestic Silver in 2002 and First Mining Finance in 2015. Mr. Neumeyer has also listed a number of companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange and as such has extensive experience dealing with the financial, regulatory, legal and accounting issues that are relevant in the investment community. Mr. Neumeyer also won the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2011 for the Metals & Mining category.

Mr. Paspalas joined MAG in October 2013. Formerly, Mr. Paspalas was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aurizon Mines, Chief Operating Officer of Silver Standard Resources Inc., and President and Chief Executive Officer of Placer Dome Africa, among many operational and project development roles with Placer Dome. During his career, Mr. Paspalas has been responsible for constructing and operating complex, open pit and underground mines in South Africa, Tanzania, Australia, South America and Canada. Mr. Paspalas earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) degree with Honours from the University of New South Wales in 1984. Mr. Paspalas is also a CGIC Accredited Director.

Jorge A. Ganoza co-founded Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. in 2004 and currently serves as our President and CEO and as a Director on our Board. Jorge is an experienced geological engineer who has worked on mineral exploration, mining and business development projects throughout Latin America since 1995. Before founding Fortuna, he worked in business development at senior levels for several private and public Canadian junior mining companies operating in Central and South America. He graduated from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in 1995. Jorge served as director of Ferreycorp from March 2017 to July 2020.

Mr. Turner is the Executive Vice President, Corporate Development. He was formerly the Senior Vice President of Precious Metals Equity Research at GMP Securities for seven years following his experience in industy as a mining engineer with Wardrop Engineering. Mr. Turner holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Queen's University and is a CFA charterholder.

Mr. Langille was the co-founder of both Gammon Gold Inc. and Mexgold Resources Inc. and served as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of both companies. Mr. Langille successfully developed both company's projects from grass roots to commercial production in Mexico, raising in excess of $500 million for the development and construction of both mines. Mr. Langille was an integral part of the growth and success of Gammon Gold Inc., and Mexgold Resources Inc.. Mr. Langille directed the growth and development of the Ocampo mine and the El Cubo mine from 1999 through 2007. Mr. Langille was Strategic Advisor for Nayarit Gold Inc. from 2007 to 2010 and with his guidance developed the Orion Project from initial stages through scoping study and was instrumental in the company being acquired by Capital Gold in 2010.

Matt was appointed President and CEO of Marathon Gold in August 2019. He has over 25 years in mining exploration, project development, construction and operation. The Valentine Gold Project is the third mine development project he has been involved in.

Matt was previously the President and CEO of Stornoway Diamond Corporation where he led the C$947M project financing for the Renard Diamond Mine in north central Quebec and oversaw its successful construction and ramp-up.

In 2015, Matt was awarded the Viola Macmillan Award by the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, and in 2017 he was the Northern Miner Mining Person of the Year and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (Mining and Energy, Quebec). Matt is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh (B.Sc. Geophysics, 1987) and the University of Toronto (Ph.D. Geology, 1996).

Prior to Stornoway (and its predecessor companies), Matt was employed by Aber Diamond Corporation (subsequently Dominion Diamond Corporation) as Vice-President, Marketing, and thereafter Vice-President, Technical Services and Control, during which time he participated in the US$230m project financing for the Diavik Diamond Mine and oversaw Aber’s technical and marketing operations during Diavik’s construction, ramp-up and operation.

Mr. Reichert has 30 years of experience in the mining industry and prior to joining Skeena, was the Vice President of Operations at B2Gold Corp. where he oversaw their three international gold operations. Before his most recent role at B2Gold Corp, Mr. Reichert was the General Manager at their Fekola Mine in Mali where he was part of the development team and led the transition from development into operations. He started his career with Cominco in Canada working at various operations including the Snip Mine. He then embarked on international work with Bema Gold, Oriel Resources, and other junior companies in executive roles where he was responsible for various development projects and mining operations. Randy has led construction or development projects in Russia, Brazil, Nevada, and Kazakhstan and was General Manager during the development of the Kupol Mine in Russia with Bema Gold and subsequently Kinross. He also has experience as a consultant assisting with due diligence for mine financings for Canadian financial groups. Mr. Reichert has a BASc in Mining and Mineral Processing, an MScEng in Rock Mechanics, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and is a Professional Engineer.

Mr. Kord is a professional mining engineer with over 30 years of progressive experience in mining operations and project management. Prior to joining Wallbridge in 2011, he held the position of Executive Vice President, Global Mining for Genivar Inc., a large Canadian firm, (now WSP Global), where he led the development and growth of the company’s domestic and international mining profile. During the early part of his career with Falconbridge Limited, Mr. Kord was involved in mining operations in both Sudbury and Timmins. Mr. Kord's expertise includes managing large, multidisciplinary teams of engineers and operators as well as extensive experience in developing strategic growth plans and in mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Downey has over 30 years of international experience in the resource industry. Mr. Downey held the position of President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Elgin Mining Inc., Aura Minerals Inc. and previously Viceroy Exploration Ltd. before its acquisition by Yamana Gold Inc. in 2006. He has held numerous senior engineering positions at several large-scale global gold mining operations and has also held operating positions at several mining projects for Anglo American Corporation in South Africa. Mr. Downey was a member of the boards of Claude Resources and Dalradian Resources before their recent successful acquisitions and he is a member of the board of a number of active resource companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hon.) degree in Engineering from Queen’s University.

Mike Westerlund is a seasoned investor relations executive with 20 years' experience in the North American metals and mining industry. Most recently, Mr. Westerlund was Vice President, Investor Relations with Hecla Mining Company, a US$3 billion NYSE-listed precious metals company with five operating mines in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico, where he directed the investor relations department for eight years. Previously, Mr. Westerlund worked with a series of mineral exploration and mining firms with development stage and operating assets throughout North America.

Matt Badylak was appointed to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer on 14 June 2021. Prior to this, Matt was EVP and Chief Operating Officer at Galiano where he took the lead in building the Company’s senior executive technical team. Matt is a mining professional with 20 years of extensive experience in senior management and operational planning covering Australia, Mongolia, China, Canada, Turkey and Ghana.

Prior to joining Galiano in 2020, Matt held the position of General Manager Kisladag with Eldorado Gold, a mid-tier gold producer with operations in Turkey, Canada, China and Greece. During his time with Eldorado he also held senior management roles including; Managing Director -China Operations, General Manager Tanjianshan and Director of Operational Support. Throughout his career, Matt has built strong, result orientated teams and executed on multiple cost saving and operational efficiency programs which have yielded significant shareholder returns. Earlier in his career he held several technical roles across Australia and Asia.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Extractive Metallurgy and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Murdoch University in Perth and is a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Dan Wilton has 25 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance and principal investing in the mining sector, having executed as principal or advised on more than $10 billion of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and more than $1 billion of financings. Dan was most recently a Partner at Pacific Road Capital Management, a mining-focused private equity investment firm with approximately $800 million under management. Prior to joining Pacific Road, Dan’s previous roles included Managing Director and Head of the Global Mining and Metals Group at National Bank Financial Inc., Managing Director in Business Development at General Electric based in London, England, and other corporate finance and M&A roles at global financial institutions based in Toronto and New York. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and is Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee for Providence Health Care in Vancouver, Canada. Dan holds a B.Comm (First Class Honours) from Queen's University and an MBA (with Distinction) from INSEAD in France.

Boipelo was appointed financial director from 3 March 2020, having joined the company as Chief Financial Officer in 2017. A chartered accountant (South Africa) by profession, she has extensive experience in group financial management and reporting within the mining industry. Her previous positions include that of Chief Financial Officer of Atlatsa Resources Corporation and financial manager of Northam Platinum Limited. She served as an independent non-executive director of Trans Hex Group Limited from 2013 until 2017 and is currently an independent non-executive director of African Rainbow Capital Proprietary Limited and of UBI General Partner Proprietary Limited.

Mr. Usmar is an international mining executive with over 25 years of experience working around the globe in operational, financial and executive leadership roles in some of the world’s largest and fastest growing mining companies. Prior to founding Triple Flag, Mr. Usmar served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Barrick Gold Corporation, from 2014 to 2016, where he helped restructure the company. He joined Xstrata in 2002 as an early senior executive member of the management team that grew the company into one of the world’s largest diversified miners at the time of its acquisition by Glencore in 2013. His roles at Xstrata included General Manager of Business Development in London, Chief Financial Officer of Xstrata’s global Ferro-Alloys business in South Africa, and Chief Financial Officer of Xstrata’s global Nickel business in Canada. Prior to joining Xstrata, Mr. Usmar worked at BHP Billiton in Corporate Finance in London, and started his career in mining in operations in the steel and aluminum industries as a production engineer. Mr. Usmar is the Vice-Chair of Make-A-Wish Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Science Engineering in Metallurgy and Materials from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, both with distinction.

Sandeep Singh joined Osisko as President in January 2020. He became President and Chief Executive Officer in November 2020. For the fifteen years prior, Mr. Singh was an investment banker in the metals and mining industry where he advised numerous mining companies on growth and financing strategies with Maxit Capital (2014-2020), Dundee Securities (2010?2014) and BMO Capital Markets (2005-2010). As co-founder of Maxit Capital, he was instrumental in building an independent and highly successful advisory firm which acted on some of the most complex and value-enhancing transactions in the mining sector.
Mr. Singh holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Concordia University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Oxford University.

Philip Yee was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in September 2018. He is responsible for overseeing Eldorado's financial strategy, planning and analysis, accounting and financial reporting, as well as its tax and treasury functions. Phil has extensive experience in the mining industry, financial management and reporting, financial and operational recovery, M&A, international risk management and strategy development. He most recently held the position of EVP & CFO at Kirkland Lake Gold and was SVP & CFO with Lake Shore Gold between 2013 and 2016. Mr. Yee holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. Phil has served on the Board of Directors for Kumtor Operating Company, the Eurasia Foundation Central Asia and the American Chamber of Commerce Bishkek.

David Rae is a seasoned international mining and smelting executive with extensive experience in Africa, Canada and Europe. He has held senior executive and operational roles in international mining companies including Falconbridge and Xstrata. David is a collaborative leader with a reputation of building high performing teams to optimize current assets allowing the business to focus on growth and business development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Metallurgy from Leeds University in Yorkshire, England.

Mr. Rae joined DPM in 2012 as Senior Vice President, Operations and was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2014. In May 2020, he assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer.

Ewan Downie is an accomplished company builder and entrepreneur with more 25 years experience in the mining sector. Mr. Downie served as founder, President & CEO of Premier and prior to this, founder President & CEO of Wolfden Resources Inc. Both companies enjoyed significant value appreciation following inception resulting in both being acquired with spinout vehicles to the benefit of shareholders. In his extensive career Mr. Downie has participated in several gold and base metal discoveries and has been awarded accolades to reflect this success including the 2003 recipient of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, Bill Dennis Prospector of The Year and several Exploration, and Development acknowledgements from the Northwestern Ontario Prospectors Association.

Kleber is an Economist from Unicamp and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Finance, Strategy and International Businesses. He joined Aura in March 2019. Prior to joining Aura, he was CFO of Santista, a large jeans manufacturer with operations in Brazil and Argentina. Previously, he worked at Mover Participações, one of the largest conglomerates in Brazil, and was involved in M&A projects. Kleber has also worked in the management consulting sector for A.T. Kearney and Accenture, in a variety of industries and projects.

Galina Meleger is the Director of Investor Relations at Endeavour Silver. Prior to joining Endeavour Silver, Galina worked for Newmarket Gold and subsequently Kirkland Lake Gold where she was Director of Corporate Communications. Prior to that, she worked for KGHM in a communications role overseeing the North and South American division. From 2010 to 2015, Galina worked for Copper Mountain Mining, responsible for investor relations and corporate communications. She studied at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), completing a Business Diploma in Financial Management and is a licensed Corporate Social Responsibility practitioner.

Mr. Wolfin has over 30 years of public company experience in mineral exploration, development, construction, and operations in precious metals in North America.

He currently serves as President, CEO and Director of Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd listed on NYSE American and Toronto stock exchanges. He successfully developed the company from a minority owner of the closed Avino mine in 2001 with a market capitalization of $0.8 M, to successfully negotiating a 100% ownership in the Avino mine in 2006, and then into commercial production in 2012. He successfully grew the company to one with 300-500 employees with a market capitalization reaching as high as $250 M.

Mr. Wolfin learned the business from the ground up by working in the field at mines and operations in Mexico, Nevada and in the finance industry by working on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange in the 1980’s, and several years at Pacific International and Continental Carlyle Douglas Securities firms in the 1980’s. He also learned under the mentorship of his late father Mr. Louis Wolfin, legendary mining financier.

He is experienced in M&As, Capital Markets, Brokered & Private Placement financings, and an Offtake agreement with Samsung, At-The-Market offerings, and credit facilities totalling more than $250 M US in aggregate.

Mr. Wolfin has studied business and geology at Colorado State & Simon Fraser Universities.

For the last 15 years, Mr. Wolfin has also managed the Oniva International Services Group which includes Avino Silver & Gold Mines Ltd. (CEO, President & Director); Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. (Former CEO, President & Director); Coral Gold Resources Ltd. (Former CEO, President & Director); and Levon Resources Ltd. (Former Director).

In addition, he currently serves as Chairman and Director of Silver Wolf Exploration Ltd. (Formerly Gray rock Resources Ltd.).

Mr. Herald has been a director of Solitario since August 1992. He has also served as Chief Executive Officer since June 1999 and President since August 1993. Mr. Herald also served as a director of Crown since April 1989, as Chief Executive Officer of Crown since June of 1999, President of Crown since November 1990 and was Executive Vice President of Crown from January 1990 to November 1990. Prior to joining Crown, Mr. Herald was a Senior Geologist with Echo Bay Mines and Anaconda Minerals. Mr. Herald currently serves as non-executive Chairman of Viva Gold Corp. Mr. Herald received a M.S. in Geology from the Colorado School of Mines and a B.S. in Geology from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Panneton is a geologist with over 35 years of experience in domestic and international exploration and development in the gold mining industry. During his career, he has played a key role in the discovery and advancement of several gold deposits worldwide. He joined Gold Terra in October 2019.

Mr. Panneton was the founder, President and CEO of Detour Gold Corporation (2006-13), where under his leadership, the Detour Lake project grew over tenfold from 1.5 million ounces in resources to over 16 million ounces in reserves and brought into production in just over six years. Today, the Detour Lake mine ranks as one of the largest gold mines in Canada. Mr. Panneton raised approximately $2.6 billion in capital while at Detour Gold. Mr. Panneton and his Detour Gold team were the recipients of the PDAC 2011 Bill Dennis Award for Canadian mineral discoveries and prospecting success of the year.

Mr. Funk has over 14 years of industry experience for major and junior mining and companies including Newcrest Mining and Evrim Resources. Charles is a geologist specializing in business development for gold, silver and copper projects from early stage to production. Charles has led or supported multiple deposit discoveries in Mexico and Australia and contributed to over $60 million dollars in capital raisings.

Peter Hardie has been the CFO of Equinox Gold since August 2016. Before joining Equinox Gold, Peter was the CFO of True Gold until it was acquired by Endeavour Mining in April 2016. Peter is a Chartered Professional Accountant with 17 years of finance, accounting, business development, government negotiation, construction and operations experience. Before his time at True Gold, Peter spent 10 years at Nevsun Resources Ltd., where he progressed through various management positions and spent several years as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. He was involved in financing, construction and mine start-up, operations, government negotiations, and led all areas of finance, including treasury systems and reporting.

Mr. Jennings has over 16 years of experience focused in the metals and mining industry. Prior to joining IAMGOLD in November 2021, Graeme was Vice President, Investor Relations at Roxgold Inc., one of West Africa's fastest growing gold producers until its acquisition by Fortuna Silver. Prior to his work at Roxgold, Graeme was the Vice President Corporate Development at a developer with a large-scale poly-metallic asset in the Yukon, Canada. Graeme spent the majority of his career at Cormark Securities as an Analyst, Mining Equity Research where he managed a coverage portfolio of precious metal companies across the mining lifecycle from exploration to senior producers. Graeme is a CFA Charterholder and holds an MBA (Honours) from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering & Applied Mechanics degree from McGill University.

Mr. Morley-Jepson has more than 35 years’ experience in the mining industry, within operations, project and business development in the precious metal sector. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Kinross Gold Corporation from October 2014 to December 2016, and as Senior Vice President, Operations, and Vice President and Regional Vice President - Russia, between October 2009 and October 2014. Prior to joining Kinross, Mr. Morley-Jepson served as Chief Executive Officer of SUN Gold, a privately-held gold mining company with interests in Russia and Kazakhstan. Prior to that he was Managing Director of Barrick Africa, Barrick Platinum South Africa and three Russian-based companies in the Barrick group, and spent several years with Placer Dome leading their South African project and business development efforts. He graduated in the faculty of Mechanical Engineering (HND) at the Technicon Witwatersrand now part of the University of Johannesburg. He has undertaken a number of technical, managerial and financial programs during his career, most notably the ‘Management Development Program’ at Graduate School of Business, Cape Town University and ‘Management in the Mining Industry’ at Witwatersrand School of Business, University of the Witwatersrand. Most recently (Feb 2012), Finance for Senior Executives at Harvard Business School.

Thomas Larsen is an executive in the resource sector with over 40 years of experience in the investment industry, specializing in corporate finance and management of junior resource companies, raising in excess of $300 million. Mr. Larsen is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Eloro Resources Ltd. (TSXV-ELO) and Cartier Silver Corporation (CSE-CFE). Additionally, Mr. Larsen previously held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Champion Iron Limited, an appointment he assumed on the completion of the merger of Australian-based Mamba Minerals Ltd. and TSX-listed Champion Iron Mines Limited to continue as Champion Iron Limited effective April 1, 2014. Prior to that merger he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Champion Iron Mines Limited, now a wholly owned subsidiary of Champion Iron Limited.

Frank R. Hallam has over 27 years of experience in the mining, minerals and petroleum industry as an operator, principal, and founder of several NYSE.American, TSX and TSXV corporations. His experience includes both equity and debt financing and the execution of exploration, discovery and development programs in Canada, the USA, Mexico and in six different countries in Eastern and Southern Africa. He has been directly involved in friendly and hostile M&A transactions and has been involved in more than USD $2.0 billion in public offerings in the USA, Canada, and Europe.

In his role as CFO and Director with TSX listed gold exploration company Tan Range Exploration Corp. (1995 to 2002) he set up and administered exploration offices in Tanzania, Ethiopia and Eritrea.

Mr. Hallam was the original founder of New Millennium Metals Corp. In addition to co-founding Platinum Group Metals Ltd. Mr. Hallam was a co-founder (2003) and former CFO and director until 2014 of MAG Silver Corp. Mr. Hallam was a co-founder (2005) and director of West Timmins Mining Inc. He served as a director of Lake Shore until the billion-dollar take-over of Lake Shore by Tahoe Resources Inc. in April 2016. Mr. Hallam currently serves as CFO & Corporate Secretary of West Vault Mining Inc.

Mr. Hallam is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant (1993), was formerly an auditor in the public Mining Practice of Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University (1990).

Mr. Agro is the President & CEO of Revival Gold Inc., a growth focused gold exploration and development company. Prior to Revival Gold, Mr. Agro co-founded Carbon Arc Capital Investments Inc., a private-equity backed investor in mining and metals, and served as Executive Vice President, Strategic Development with Kinross Gold Corporation. At Kinross, Mr. Agro was a member of the Executive Leadership Team and responsible for strategic and operational leadership of Kinross’ growth initiatives including corporate development, global exploration and commercial activities in Russia. Previously, Mr. Agro held senior executive positions with Placer Dome, Senator Capital Partners and in investment banking with Deutsche Bank’s Global Metals and Mining Group. Mr. Agro has served on the Board and Audit Committees of Victoria Gold Corp., Chantrell Ventures and Americas Silver Corp. Additionally, Mr. Agro has served as a Director, Chairman and Interim CEO of Strata Minerals and currently serves as a Director of Fort Berens Estate Winery Ltd., an award-winning winery located in British Columbia, Canada. Mr. Agro holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Queen’s University (1989) and MBA Finance from UBC & London Business School (1997).

Mr. Lee was appointed to the role of President & CEO of Northisle in October 2020. Over the past 20 years Mr. Lee has advised on some of the most prominent M&A, equity, and debt transactions in the international and Canadian global mining industry totalling over $100 billion in value. During this period, he has worked in major resource markets including Toronto, Sydney, and Vancouver where he led various strategic initiatives for CIBC World Markets. Most recently he was Managing Director and head of CIBC’s Vancouver Mining Group. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Faculty of Engineering, from the University of Toronto, was a graduate of the Lassonde Mineral Engineering program, and is a CFA charter holder.

Mr. Kilofliski has over 25 years of executive leadership experience and a track record of creating significant shareholder value for various mining companies.
In 2020 he helped grow TSX.V listed Tudor Gold Corp from $30M to over $500M in market capitalization.
In the last decade, he has helped raise over $300M in equity, debt and JV capital.
Mr. Kilofliski has an intimate knowledge of Canagold and the New Polaris project as he was Canagold’s CEO from 2014 to 2018. Under his leadership, Canagold was named one of the top 100 companies in BC, by BC Business.
